Angus cattle

Our propriety scale 70 ha of pasture on which graze over 100 heads of German Black Angus (GAG). The animals are grazing all year and are not fed with fodder or maize silage. The Angus cattle may be black or red but always without horns.

This breed is distinguished by easy giving birth and good-nature. The breeding takes place in Germany since 1990, and since 2002 the pedigree book is leaded together with the Aberdeen Angus.

This is cattle for meat. Our herd has come from Luxembourg in 2003. Due to grazing throughout the whole year the beef is organic and has less fat. Angus beef is top quality meat, fuller flavour and well-marbled.
